Ingredient - yam and vegetable oil

Storage - frozen at or below minus 18°C

Preparation - Cook for 8 mins

or

Fry in 170°C vegetable oil for 5 mins
Add salt if preferred to yam before or after frying.

Our Yam sticks are best for cooking. Cook plain to pair with sauce or pepper soup  or pound for the best pounded yam you have ever made.
